1  INTRODUCTION

1.1 This "community" web site is owned and operated by OneOnlineCommunity.com.  This site is intended to be used as a community-wide communications system between community entities and the public (users).  Content may be shared between entities, or combined, into the community web site system and its features.

2  DEFINITIONS

2.1 "Community Site" shall mean the entire web site system for the community, usually a municipality.

2.2 "OOC" and "OneOnlineCommunity" shall mean the company that owns and operates the community web site system.

2.3 "Feature" and "Component" shall mean a function of the web site system that performs a purpose or processes data.

2.4 "Module" and "Entity" shall mean an outside organization that is using the OOC community site but does not have direct ownership in the OOC community web site system, including but not limited to government agencies, businesses, and organizations.

2.5 "User" shall mean an individual who accesses and uses the OOC web site system.

2.6 "Member" shall mean an individual User who has registered for a Member Account on the OOC web site system.

3  USER & MEMBER TERMS & AGREEMENT

3.1 All Users and Members by using any part of the OOC system, for any community or entity, hereby agree to these USER & MEMBER TERMS & AGREEMENT in it's entirety, without limitation.

3.2 Membership for Members may be terminated, rejected, or cancelled by OOC at any time, without notice.  OOC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.  Membership is a privilege granted solely by OOC.

3.3 Members must at all times respect the rights of other Members and Entities, and refrain from activities that may be disrespectful or illegal.

3.4 These Terms & Agreement will change from time to time, and Users and Members agree to all changes and updates to the Terms & Agreement upon posting of the updates or changes.
